9th edition of BCC&I Ratnagarbha , 8th March 2022, Hyatt Regency, Kolkata.

The Bengal Chamber, in association with ABP, organized the 9th edition of Ratnagarbha (or Mother of Jewels), on March 08, 2022 – Tuesday - at The Hyatt, Calcutta.

Ratnagarbha is a unique initiative of The Bengal Chamber, where The Bengal Chamber pays tribute to Mothers of Celebrated children. The word “Ratnagarbha”, in Bengali, means “Mother of a celebrated Child”. This Programme, organized every year on International Women’s Day, felicitates Mothers of “achievers” across various fields, and The Chamber aids in creating the platform, and requests the son ƒ daughter to handover the Memento to his/her Mother as a token of appreciation of theirs in the silent role their Mother has played in their own success.

This Year, the awards were handed over in the following six different categories:

  • Social Sector
  • Films
  • Lifetime Achievement

The programme was hosted by celebrated Bengali Film Anchor Ms. Roopsha Dasgupta, and the event will also be embellished through a musical performance by renowned performer Saptak Bhattacharyya from Mumbai.
