The People Management Committee of The Bengal Chamber of Commerce and Industry organized National HR Quiz Contest on Saturday, 25th June 2022 via Online Portal.

A brief about the Quiz Contest

India is considered to be the fastest growing economy among major economies in the world and its continued rapid growth will largely hinge on the ambition and passion of Indian business leaders. HR function today is one of the key functions that facilitate achieving organizational goals. In an economy founded on innovation and change, a challenge that organizations face is to design a flexible structure, replacing vertical hierarchies with horizontal networks; linking together traditional functions through inter−functional teams and forming strategic alliances with business partners and even competitors. E−learning is widely considered to be the most efficient and cost effective way to deliver training to a workforce. The newer boundaries that exist today are more psychological than organizational reflecting in the manager’s relationship and behavior with various stakeholders. Knowing how to recognize these new boundaries and use them productively is the essence of management in any organization. By linking the critical components an organization can better manage, motivate, reward and improve the skills of every individual employee across the organization.

To celebrate the indomitable spirit of people to live to fight another day after the pandemic and to emerge stronger The People Management Committee of The Bengal Chamber of Commerce and Industry organized the online quiz contest titled “National HR Quiz Contest” held on 25th June 2022.

The quiz covered diversified topics and areas and it was an enjoyable event for everyone who participated.

Candidates appeared in the competition online from all over India. The entire contest was in MCQ format through an online portal.

HR Professionals, Corporates, Students and People in general across the country participated at the online quiz.

The participants enjoyed the quiz and the winners received certificates and medals from BCC&I.

The committee aspired to organize more quizzes in future.
