The Bengal Chamber of Commerce and Industry, in association with Dhruva Advisors LLP, organized a Virtual Session on “Union Budget 2022−23: An In−depth Analysis” on 2nd February 2022 on a specially designed e−platform focusing on the detailed analysis and discussion on the proposals presented in the Union Budget 2022−23.
The Chamber’s Overview on Union Budget 2022−23 was presented by Mr. Abraham George Stephanos, President, The Bengal Chamber of Commerce and Industry & Managing Director, Tata Steel Downstream Products Limited. Mr. Dinesh Kanabar, CEO, Dhruva Advisors LLP, presented the views on the Union Budget 2022−23 on behalf of Dhruva Advisors LLP.
The 1st Session was on Economic Perspectives on Union Budget 2022−23. The Session was moderated by Prof. Dr. Ajitava Ray Chaudhuri, Chairperson − Economic Affairs Committee, The Bengal Chamber of Commerce and Industry & Professor of Economics & Former Head and Coordinator, Centre for Advanced Studies, Department of Economics, Jadavpur University. Other distinguished Panelists were Mr. Tamal Bandyopadhyay, Author & Columnist and Mentor, Banking and Finance Committee, The Bengal Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Dr. Biswajit Mandal, Associate Professor, Department of Economics and Politics, Visva Bharati University.
